Your order will be shipped only on business days (Monday-Friday). If the item is in stock, it will be processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days after verification of your order and approval of your credit.

Shipping To United States Of America:

  • Handling time 1 – 2 days Mon – Sat
  • Order cutoff time 8:00 PM (GMT) (Casablanca)

Tracking Your Order:

If you have provided a mobile phone number and/or email address, you will be sent a confirmation email and/or text message. This message will contain a tracking ID and a link that you can use to follow your package’s journey. To track your package, simply visit our Tracking Order Page.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

Ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address entered is the buyer’s responsibility. To expedite processing and shipping, we strive to minimize the time frame for rectifying any errors in the shipping address. Lost/Stolen Packages :

Bookybalance can not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please contact your local shipping carrier using the information provided on our Tracking Page. Cancellations:

To request a cancellation, please send an email to contact.bookybalance@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If your cancellation request is accepted, we will notify you by email and provide details on how we will process your refund or exchange. Please note that once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or redirected.
